During a Thai massage, you should wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that allows for easy movement and stretching. Ideal clothing includes:

1. Loose, stretchy pants or yoga pants
2. A comfortable t-shirt or long-sleeved shirt
3. Clean socks (optional, some places provide special massage socks)
